DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?

All online orders can be shipped within the USA only (for now!)  - If you need something shipped overseas, send me an email and I can see what I can do to get it to you! (kaylaekart@gmail.com) 

 

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All Orders of $50 or more have FREE SHIPPING.  All orders under $25 have a $5.00 Shipping Fee at checkout.

DOES MY ORDER HAVE TRACKING INFORMATION?

ALL orders come with tracking information. Once shipped, your tracking number will be sent to your email address that you provided at checkout.

WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY CARRIER OPTIONS?

I primarily use the United States Postal Service for my orders. However, large & medium canvas paintings must be shipped through UPS for insurance and packaging reasons. 

 

 

HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP?

All orders take about a week (7 business days) to ship. Any orders on the east coast arrive within that time frame.

WHAT IS A NUMBERED PRINT?

All my prints that are for sale are numbered, 1 through 50. Meaning, whichever print you buy will come with a certificate claiming it's designated number. Once all 50 of that particular print is sold, the design is then removed from my website and "archived".

 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I want all of my supporters to be completely satisfied with their art purchase. If a order your received is not satisfactory, please send me an email at: kaylaekart@gmail.com 

 

For your return to be 100% refunded it must: 

• Be reported to me via email within 14 days of your orders arrival date (Please email: kaylaekart@gmail.com) 

• Must not be worn, used, or damaged (Unless, it was damaged upon arrival)

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

In the case your order is damaged in transit, you can opt to exchange the product for an identical one at no cost within the 14 days of its arrival. Please contact me with a photo of the damage at: kaylaekart@gmail.com 

 

 

AN ITEM I SAW AT AN ART SHOW IS NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE, HOW DO I GET ONE? 

My sculptures, canvas paintings and framed illustration are one-of-a-kind and never replicated.

Unfortunately, if it’s not on my website for sale it has most likely been sold! So, If you see something you like, get it!

CAN YOUR STICKERS BE USED ON CARS? 

Yes! My stickers are printed on a high quality gloss vinyl. Perfect for cars, laptops, ipads, phones - You name it!

I BOUGHT A PAINTING FROM YOU YEARS AGO AND IT DIDNT COME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY, CAN I GET ONE FOR IT NOW?

Years ago, I sold a handful of my paintings without certificates - If you have a painting of mine that did not come with a certificate - The paintings value has changed since then and you will receive a special certificate with re-sale value clarifications - Please reach out to me as, I, myself would like to document these "wandering" paintings of mine!
